Great location with easy transportation options. Ignacio provided us with helpful advice for exploring the city and saving money. Virginia served us a delicious Sicilian breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and had all necessary hotel facilities. Conveniently located near the highway to the airport and close to the town centre.

Great location near the historic center and public transportation. Rooms were clean and decorated in modern style. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the lack of Christmas decorations and atmosphere. There were no holiday decorations or music, and the breakfast offered was disappointing for the festive season. Some sweet treats and a small Xmas tree would have made all the difference.

The entrance was a bit hard to find initially, but once located, it was safe and secure. the set of keys to access the main gates and apartment could be a bit bothersome, but it ultimately added to the feeling of safety.

They even offered me solutions for things that weren't their responsibility. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially loved the ones with a bigger balcony and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of sweet options like croissants, cookies, and fruit jams. The location was convenient, with bus stops right outside the hotel and easy access to both the historic center and the beach. this hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a vibrant city. The owners were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and modern interior was commendable. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and even some offering a larger balcony to enjoy the city views.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there is little to fault.

The hotel is conveniently located near several bus stops that take you to the city center or the airport. the spacious and clean rooms are nicely decorated with air-conditioning and some have private bathrooms. the breakfast offers coffee, pastries, fruit, toast, and cereal. they provide a laptop and printer to use.

The staff seemed a bit formal compared to other places and didn't answer calls from the in-house helpline/telephone numbers.

This hotel offers very good value for money, with a range of affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with stylish and well-decorated rooms, some even having balconies. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing practical information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with a great atmosphere created by the hosts.

All was well, no improvements necessary.
